📌 In few words

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for one of our clients in the banking sector located in Geneva.

The main objective of the department is to offer application solutions to all wealth management players, and mainly to bankers. As part of a major platform transformation initiative, they are building a new Portfolio Management System.

🎯Activities

  • Structure the PMO activity to facilitate the reporting of project indicators (scope, roadmaps, risks, issues, budget) to GX management;
  • Prepare and co-lead steering committees;
  • Manage day-to-day project execution, development plans and releases;
  • Support product teams (following agile methodology);
  • Guarantee compliance with Quality requirements and validate test strategies;
  • Manage coordination between the various Dev, IT-Operations, Infrastructure and IT-Security teams.

💼 Your profil

  • Master’s degree in engineering, ideally in computer science;
  • More than 5 years’ experience in managing software development projects (preferably package integration)
  • One or more years of project management experience
  • Proven experience in project management methodology (PMI, Prince 2 or Agile);
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the core banking business of a private bank;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to synthesize information;
  • Excellent team spirit;
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently;
  • Stress resistance, adaptability and communication skills;
  • Fluency in French and English.
