📌 In a nutshell

We are looking for a Business Manager to strengthen our teams in Basel and Zürich.

🎯Your tasks

• Business development and management of your client portfolio.
• The management of one or more Business Managers.
• Participation in the customer referencing process.
• Selling package projects and expertise activities: identifying, qualifying opportunities, responding to tenders and preparing sales proposals.
• Prospection of new customers.
• Participation in the recruitment of consultants.
• The support of consultants in the field.

💼 Your profile

• You have a degree from an engineering, business or university school and have at least 5/6 years of sales experience.
• You have experience in the IT Services field.
• You have gained initial successful experience in management.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service and quality.
• You enjoy working in a team and are comfortable working and communicating in English and German.
• You are autonomous, flexible and competitive.
• Good knowledge of local market.
• You are fluent in English and German.
