📌 In a few words ?

As part of the development of our activities in the Rhône-Alpes region, we are currently looking for a Scrum Master F/H for our client.

🚀 Your mission

Attached to the project team in charge of application development of part of our client’s business applications, you support the team in the continuous improvement of processes.

Project teams are generally made up of 5 to 10 people.

Your intervention will focus on several axes:

– Lead agile ceremonies & daily meetings
– Participate in and lead sprint reviews as well as the various retrospectives on the projects in question
– Coordinate and facilitate exchanges between the different stakeholders (development teams, functional teams, infra teams)
– Ensure compliance with the agile method applicable within the company and share best practices during different meetings
– Guarantee the daily improvement of the skills of team members  

📝 Your profile

– 2 to 5 years experience as a Scrum Master with multi-project teams
– Knowledge of Scrum & Kanban methodologies. Certification in one of these two methodologies maybe a plus.
– Knowledge of the JIRA tool
– Knowledge of software development tools, DevOps and testing
