📌 In few words

We’re looking for Senior Project manager with a technical background in the Trading sector, based in Geneva.

🎯Activities

Project management:

• Clarify the context, the objectives and the conditions of satisfaction of the projects with the sponsors

• Write and validate functional specifications with key project contributors

• Define communication plans and change management plans

• Identify and manage project risks with sponsors and key contributors

• Plan project phases and deliverables

• Organize, coordinate and lead project teams

• Analyze and arbitrate with sponsors the changes in the projects

• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and management

• Coordinate technical and functional testing with users and stakeholders

• Verify the completion of acceptance activities at the end of the project

• Perform feedback and project close-out activities

Projects & Change Management:

• Qualify new project requests with the applicant and stakeholders

• Propose and validate the appropriate governance mode for each project with management

• Maintain the project portfolio based on information provided by the project managers

• Present the project portfolio to management and teams for information and arbitration

• Define and maintain the IS project methodology in accordance with management and the Company’s recommendations

• Administer and keep up to date the tools made available to project managers

• Train and keep trained the project managers in the project methodology and in the use of the different tools

💼 Your profil

• Higher education (Bac+5 or equivalent)

• Trained in project management (IPMA / PMP / Prince 2 / Scrum certification a plus)

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Technical IT knowledge required (both on development and infrastructures aspects)

• Senior profile required (minimum 15 years of cumulative experience)
