📌 In a few words

We are looking for an IAM Business Analyst to join our team and accompany our customers in Basel.

🎯 Your mission

Our client is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive process design and application onboarding initiatives within their Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning IAM solutions with business needs while improving user experiences through SailPoint IIQ.

💼 Your profile

Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring clarity for each deliverable.
• Analyze current access control processes, user roles, and application integrations.
• Translate business needs into SailPoint IIQ system features, ensuring functionality and compatibility.
• Prioritize requirements, balancing business impact with resources and constraints.

Process Design:

• Explain JML processes, access requests, and RBAC schemas to application owners as part of onboarding.
• Gather requirements with process and application owners for integrating applications into SailPoint.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes and data quality before integration.
• Design workflows for access requests, approvals, recertification, and personnel movements.
• Develop user journey maps to enhance experience and reduce friction.

Testing and Training:

• Incorporate automated testing definitions into design plans.
• Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for smooth transitions to new processes.
• Introduce QA teams to process changes early and involve them at key milestones.
• Participate in UAT to ensure new functionalities meet user expectations.
• Provide post-deployment support and address user issues.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Communicate progress and risks with project managers and stakeholders.
• Work with service, process, and IT teams for seamless onboarding and improvements.
• Document decisions, milestones, and lessons learned for future reference.

Other relevant skills/experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in IAM, with a focus on SailPoint IIQ.
• Expertise in process modeling and translating requirements into effective IAM solutions.
• Proven track record in UAT, training delivery, and providing user support.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of current IAM technologies, trends, and best practices.
