📌 In few words

We’re looking for a Microsot Engineer for a client in the banking sector, based in Geneva. The candidate must have experience in PowerShell scripting, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.

🎯Activities

Participate to the design, development, maintenance and optimisation of Microsoft , with a focus on Communication & Collaboration solutions, for the Group.

• Provide technical 3rd level support for Microsoft 365 and troubleshooting issues promptly, collaborating with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems
• Create documentation and user guides to facilitate self-help resource for support level 1 teams
• Investigate communication and collaboration – related issues (internal and external calling, messaging, video conferencing, live events, etc.)
• Configure and optimise Microsoft Teams settings to align with business needs
• Monitor and fine-tune systems for performance
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations for collaboration systems and implement security best practices to safeguard data
• Work with external providers and partners to improve our systems continuously
• Participate to the cloud transition projects of the Group

💼 Your profil

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. An equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience may substitute a degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint online, OneDrive, Power Automate etc.)
• Relevant MS technical certification
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell) and automation (Puppet, Rundeck, etc.)
• Advanced English and French is a must
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong teamwork and collaboration mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal attitude
