📌 In a few words

We are looking for a Software Engineer with experience in Air Traffic Management to join our team and accompany one of our customers in Zurich.

🎯 Your mission

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to draft, scrutinize, and refresh the Equipment Requirements, utilizing tools like Polarion or Doors.
• Develop and perpetually update test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of the Equipment Requirements, using Polarion or Doors.
• Author automated test scripts compatible with the test automation environment (utilizing Squish, Python).
• Conduct both manual and automated tests within the integrated validation environment, either during the Build phase’s sprint activities or the SAT during the acceptance stage, and document the outcomes.
• Investigate and document issues/defects within the issue Database, contributing to their categorization.
• Work alongside system end users and cross-functional teams to grasp business requisites and functional specifics.
• Serve as a primary contact for elucidating any identified defects or queries related to Equipment Requirements.

💼 Your profile

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in computing, specifically in the air traffic control sector or in fields requiring real-time and secure solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting software specifications and proficiency in software testing.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills, capable of comprehending end-user requirements and translating them into actionable items for the Development Team.
• Highly organized, with the knack for prioritizing work, adhering to deadlines, and managing time efficiently.
• Proven familiarity with test automation tools, especially Python (experience with Squish, Jenkins is highly beneficial).
• Knowledge of standards like ED153/ED109 or ED12B/C will be considered a significant advantage.
• Characterized by meticulousness, a drive for challenges, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive interaction record with users/customers.
• Proficiency in French and English, written and spoken, is mandatory; German proficiency is a plus.
