📌In a few words

We are looking for a System Network Engineer, for a client in the aeronautical sector based in Geneva.

🎯Your mission

• The System Administrator is in charge of the administration of infrastructure including physical / virtual

machine, Storage, backup software in the context of Hardware / Operating System renewal project.

• Participate to the evolution of the infrastructure architecture definition and implementation
• Provide infrastructure and Operating System expertise in test environments and operational environment both for project and Run support

📝Description of activities:

• Understand existing technical environment, Systems, Processes, Tools
• Understand Product backlog / project requirements.
• Technical feasibility study, technical design, use case elaboration and detailed design.
• Work with network and security team to define target infrastructure.
• Perform deployment of the hosting solution with the support of our provider.

• Independent
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Team player with excellent inter-personal skills to participate in workshops with domain experts as well as collaboration with team colleagues.
• Ideally trained in AGILE

💼Your profile

Experience in Tools

• Expertise on VMWare Suite, Veeam.
• Good knowledge on WSUS, RHEL Satellite.
• Good knowledge with Automation tools (Configuration and file versioning, orchestration…).
• Good knowledge of SAN ideally HPE 3PAR and/or Primera technology

Technical competences and skills

• Design of Technical Architecture
• Extensive experience with infrastructure management and monitoring
• Expertise in Operating System configuration, management and deployment focused on Windows Server,
• Windows clients and RHEL based OS.
• Scripting experience (bash, PowerShell, ansible,…)
• Expertise in Virtualized infrastructure and design pattern
• Datacenter experience, with both virtual and bare metal hosts.
