🎯 We are currently looking for a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / Power Plateform to support an international client’s People & Culture digital transformation initiatives.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain conversational AI agents, helping transform HR business needs into secure, scalable, and high-value AI solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build automations and workflows with the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Work closely with People & Culture, IT, Data, Security, and Architecture teams.
• Test, deploy, monitor, and provide production support for AI agents.
• Continuously improve agent performance, user experience, and business value.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, AI governance, and responsible AI requirements.
• Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Your profile

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong background in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate; experience with Power Apps is highly appreciated.
• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and conversational AI concepts.
• Ideally, a Microsoft development background covering Power Platform, application development, and/or cloud technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP SuccessFactors is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with HR processes, HRIS environments, or People & Culture topics is appreciated.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote and international environment.
• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
