📌 In a nutshell
We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join a highly demanding, safety-critical environment where reliability, precision, and quality are paramount. You will take part in defining and executing robust testing strategies for complex systems, with a strong focus on automation and continuous quality assurance.

🎯 Your mission:
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies across complex and critical systems
• Contribute to both manual and automated testing activities, with a strong emphasis on test automation
• Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality delivery
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Perform performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or equivalent
• Ensure compliance with safety-critical standards, processes, and best practices
• Participate in defect tracking, analysis, and resolution using tools such as JIRA

🧠 Required profile:
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience as a Test Engineer in critical or safety-sensitive environments
• Strong and mandatory expertise in test automation
• ISTQB certification required
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and processes
• Strong scripting experience in Python, Java, and Shell
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

💡 Differentiating skills:
• Experience with GUI test automation tools such as Squish or ReadyAPI
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter
• Experience working in highly regulated or safety-critical environments
