Business Systems Analyst

📄Your tasks:

• Serve as a primary contact for a designated community of users
• Participate to delivery of the following services: gathering requirements, taking and following up user
requests, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, suggesting
process improvements, performing internal acceptance testing, and supervising user acceptance testing
• Participate in incident resolution, data extraction and other operational activities in support of specific
business applications
• Participate to meetings with business users and IS personnel for defining, prioritizing and resolving user
requests (day-to-day or project-related)
• Advise super-users on application usage, finding solutions and proposing workarounds when appropriate
• Participate in project preparation activities
• Support the IBS team and IS in improving internal processes

💼 Technical skills required:

• Strong IT background, especially in application development, testing and support
• Strong analytical skills and ability to deal efficiently with complex or multi-functional issues
• Good knowledge of business process analysis techniques and tools (Miro, Bizagi, Jira, Confluence, …)
• Advanced experience in translating business requirement into User Stories.
• Extended experience in Agile SCRUM methodology with proof of experience in similar business
domains. (perfumery, food industry, R&D, Pharma)
• Customer service oriented, flexible and open minded
• Willingness to travel to support application rollouts and other project activities
• Fluent in English

💼 Your profile

Deliver key services, including:
o Gathering and documenting business requirements.
o Handling and following up user requests.
o Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
o Proposing process improvements.
o Coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
o Advise super-users on application usage, finding and proposing workarounds.
o Coordinating system-wide changes across multiple platforms.
o Leading and participating in Unit Testing and UAT activities.
o Contribution to the testing strategy (both definition and execution phases)
• Manage L2 and L3 support, handling incidents in your area of responsibility.
