Dynamism 2nd pillar of our values, dynamism is at the heart of our identity. It is reflected in everything we do, in the way we innovate, collaborate and develop our practices. At Qim info, we associate dynamism with agility and commitment, and it's on this basis that we build lasting, forward-looking relationships.

Our purpose: to humanize our professions
For 20 years, with over 600 employees in Switzerland and France, we have been proud to pursue our business around the values that gave birth to our company: trust, transparency and proximity.
Our company is made up of human beings, in all their strength and interest, each contributing to a common edifice. While our activity is certainly guided by an obvious need for profitability, we cannot ignore our impact on the world around us. Our purpose goes well beyond the services we provide to our clients, the sense of our activities and the well-being of our colleagues are fully part of our DNA.
It is with the desire to have a positive impact on our ecosystem that we naturally undertook a CSR approach a few years ago. Corporate volunteering, reduction of our carbon emissions, responsible purchasing… Many projects have been successfully completed and it is with joy that we have seen them rewarded with the EcoVadis silver medal on multiple occasions.
One thing is certain: we intend to continue this commitment over time and continue to support the causes that are close to our hearts.

Our Actions
A CSR policy in line with the sustainable development goals defined by the UN
All CSR actions in which Qim info invests are defined in connection with the UN’s sustainable development goals as well as with the company’s core business. We make it a point of honor that our impact is truly useful for our ecosystem and the stakeholders of Qim info.
Corporate Volunteering
Each year, Qim info offers its colleagues the opportunity to do corporate volunteering at the Fondation Colis du Cœur. Founded in 1993, its mission is to distribute food and hygiene products to families and individuals in precarious situations residing in the Canton of Geneva. Every week, the 300 volunteers distribute aid packages to more than 6,000 people. At Qim info, already about thirty colleagues have been mobilized and 110 hours of volunteering have been completed.
Sports Association
The benefits of sport in the company are numerous: stress reduction, improvement of well-being at work, strengthening of the link between teams… Aware of these issues, the colleagues of Qim info, with the support of the Management Committee, have thus set up an association offering everyone the regular practice of a sport (running, climbing, football..) and more occasional outings to discover new activities.
Partnership with HEG
For several years, Qim info has been a partner of the Geneva School of Management (HEG). We are committed to supporting students in their university careers and in obtaining quality education. In this capacity, we finance an annual award for one of the students in the “Software Engineering” department of the Bachelor of Science HES-SO.
IT Mentoring
For several years, Qim info has been committed to the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) by participating in the mentoring workshops Coding Club For Girls aimed at young girls between 11 and 16 years old. The approach aims, among other things, to deconstruct preconceived ideas about IT and digital professions for these young girls. In two years, seven of our female colleagues have volunteered to present the reasons that led them to practice their profession and their professional journey in the IT field.
Digital Responsibility
As an IT services and consulting company, Qim info places great importance on reducing its carbon footprint. In partnership with the Institute of Digital Responsibility, Qim info has offered all its colleagues free training in digital responsibility, with the possibility of obtaining the associated certification.
Equal Pay
Like all Swiss companies, Qim info has undergone a detailed study via the Logib tool, following the standard analysis mode of the Swiss Confederation. The pay gap identified at the end of this analysis showed the absence of gender-related pay inequality. Qim info is proud to contribute, on its scale, to reducing the treatment gaps between women and men, particularly in a very male-dominated sector.
Energy Efficiency
It’s official, all the agencies of Qim info are powered by energy from local and renewable sources! A way to participate in the collective effort to reduce our overall environmental impact.
Responsible Purchasing
Qim info works with a responsible purchasing policy to assess its suppliers and favor collaborations in line with its values and CSR objectives. This policy integrates environmental, social, and ethical criteria as well. To create a virtuous economic circle, each of our partners integrates this approach alongside us over time
Energy Efficiency
Qim info is working to complete its carbon footprint. Despite an increase in the number of trips (proportional to the growth of its operations and its workforce), Qim info has seen the emission of CO2 per collaborator decrease to reach 2tco2e/collaborators over a year. A significant decrease full of promises for the continuation of our efforts.

EcoVadis Evaluation: Qim info's sustainable commitment rewarded!
We obtained an Ecovadis score of 85/100! This score puts us in the top 5% of companies rated by Ecovadis.
Our action extends from environmental protection to enhancing working conditions, always guided by our values of trust, transparency, and proximity for a responsible and equitable future.
