We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect Voice to join our team and accompany our customers in Basel (fully remote).

🎯 Your mission

Our client is a Swiss company and one of global leaders in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, dedicated to support pharmaceutical, biotech and nutrition companies in bringing innovative treatments to patients worldwide.

💼 Your profile

• The Senior Solution Architect Voice is responsible for planning and designing the technology solutions and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan.
• To globally design and implement Voice Infrastructure (MS Teams Voice, Skype for Business, Audiocode, Cisco Call Manager, Luware, Attendant Pro, etc.). Efficient operation of the Voice & Telephony Services. To ensure high availability and compliance of the IT-Infrastructure. Interact with external outsourcing providers.

Other relevant skills/experience:

• Strong working knowledge of CUCM, Cisco Voice gateways, Skype, and Teams voice.
• Support transition of CUCM, Cisco Voice gateways, and Skype to Teams voice solution.
• Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future ICT capability.
• Operation of the above environment and ensure high availability.
• Accountability for delivery of Project work according to the overall standards and concepts.
• Technology scouting and run proof of concepts / Propose new solutions, liaise with vendors and define global IT infrastructure standards.
• Resolution of critical incidents and problems.
• Ensure Disaster/Recovery and maintain security of systems and unauthorized access to systems.
• Ensure that systems are implemented and documented in compliance with our client’s standards.
• Ensure documentation and compliance of corresponding IT-Infrastructure.

• Fluent in written and spoken English; French or German is a plus.
