📌 In a few words

We are looking for a Head of IT Infrastructure Operations and Engineering to join our team and accompany one of our customers remotely.

🎯 Key responsabilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that enhances business performance and advances technical capabilities.
• Serve as a member of the Global IT Infrastructure Leadership Team.
• Oversee and monitor IT services to ensure stability, integrity, and business continuity.
• Ensure all services comply with agreed SLAs and business needs.
• Collaborate with IT Leadership and key stakeholders to align IT investments with business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements, standardization, and innovation within infrastructure services.
• Maintain consistency and sustainability of existing infrastructure environments by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures.
• Oversee Infrastructure Engineering projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
• Ensure compliance with Security and Compliance policies within IT Infrastructure.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.
