Strong of our 16 years of experience in the French part of Switzerland we opened last year a new agency in Zürich.
It’s a new adventure full of challenges for the company.

🎯The position

We are looking for an IT Business Unit Manager to join our Zürich team!
You will join the Business Unit of Zürich and will be coached and supervised by a Senior Business Manager.

• You will be the privileged contact for our clients and will develop your business portfolio
• You are constantly developing new opportunities by defining a strategy for prospecting from scratch and defending project proposals
• You will make customer appointments and qualify their IT needs, accompanied if necessary by the heads of our center of expertise (Development, Microsoft technologies, Artificial Intelligence and DevOps/Cloud technologies)
• You will work in collaboration with the recruitment teams and conduct interviews with candidates
• You coach and support your future employees throughout the recruitment process
• You manage your teams of consultants: mission follow-up, career follow-up, regular check-ups…
• Ambitious, autonomous and rigorous, you are the future leaders of the company

💼You ?

• Graduate of an Engineering or a Business school
• You have minimum a first experience in a commercial and/or IT related environment
• You have excellent interpersonal skills
• You are full of energy and a developed sense of responsibility.
• You are fluent in English and German
