📌 In a nutshell
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead large-scale ERP integration initiatives within complex IT environments. You will ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions while driving successful project delivery.
🎯 Your mission:
• Lead end-to-end ERP integration projects (planning, execution, delivery)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, architects, business stakeholders)
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risks
• Ensure technical consistency and quality of integration solutions
• Act as the main interface between IT and business teams
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement in project management
🧠 Profile required:
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, including ERP integration
• Strong technical background (development, system integration, or architecture)
• Proven experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Solid understanding of integration concepts (APIs, middleware, data flows)
• Experience in complex and regulated environments is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English

• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum)
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
