Activities

Establish and maintain relationships with the business managers to stay up-to-date with current and future hiring and business needs
Collaboration with business managers to perfectly understand their client’s business needs
Implement strategies to identify, attract, and hire high quality employees
Responsible for the full-cycle sourcing and recruiting process
Identifying suitable candidates through all relevant channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobUp, other specialized websites)
Management of candidates/applicants
Conducting phone interviews with identified candidates
Schedule interviews with the business managers
Writing and publishing announcements
Sending technical quizzes or proposing technical interviews
Follow-up of candidates during the recruitment process
Develop relationships with universities
Coaching of candidates/applicants throughout application process
Participation in the communication team meetings
Examples of Profiles to be recruited: Development Engineers, Technical Leaders, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Testers, Production Engineers, Scrum Master, etc…

About you

MSc in Human ressources or in IT
You had a first working experience in an IT field or in an IT services company
You like to be challenged
You are versatile, curious, responsive, efficient, fun and so on!
You are ready to get involved and enjoy working in a team
You are fluent in German and in English, a good level in French is a plus.
