Career path at Qim info: Kim’s Retrospective

A little over a year ago, we met Kim Dudoy and talked about her career at Qim info and the many hats she wears. Today, let’s look at where she is now, what she has learned, and what keeps her motivated.

Kim, your career has taken a few turns since we last met. Can you let us know where you are at?

For those who don’t know me, I joined Qim info as Business Manager in 2016. I quickly progressed to the position of recruiter, which I held for three years.

After that, I wanted to see what the other side of the fence was like by becoming a collaborator with the client. I felt the need to reconnect with the ‘technical’ side of my job and Qim info helped me through this process. In 2020, I joined our long-standing client, Totsa and their teams as a Business Analyst.

Can you tell us more about your mission at Totsa?

I was there for two and a half years and filled my time with dense work and many lessons learned!
I arrived as a Business Analyst and also worked as a Project Manager and Scrum Master in close proximity to our users.

I was lucky enough to work in an open environment that made it possible to master the entire application production chain. This enabled me to apply my skills like a Swiss Army knife and gave me the technical skills I needed to work on cross-disciplinary topics.

Your assignment with the client ended in June. What are your plans for the future?

Intercontract periods can be tricky to deal with as a collaborator. I welcomed mine with peace of mind thanks to Qim info’s expertise. Everything was very natural, and my BUM advisor reassured me about my professional future within the company.

I am returning to my roots, as I will be taking up the position of AMOA Project Manager within Qim info and closely following our governance policy in terms of infrastructure and business tools. I’m really motivated by the fact that this project is so transversal. I will work with every department within Qim info, including the expertise centre.

I am thrilled to invest my time and share my technical and structural skills with Qim info. I must say that after six years, I feel a solid connection to our company and its values!

The least we can say is that your profile is atypical; you’ve had nearly four different jobs in the same company in barely six years!

Indeed, and fortunately, Qim info is not afraid of atypical profiles! I have been lucky enough to be offered different opportunities that always align with what I like, what drives me, and where I want to be in the future.

Any final words?

A new professional adventure is starting with Qim info, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for me!
