📌 In few words

We’re looking for a Test Manager for one of our customers in the in the banking industry in Geneva.

🎯Activities

  • Define the overall test strategy, objectives, scope, and approach for multi products projects.
  • Collaborate with products stakeholders to establish quality goals and allocate appropriate resources for testing.
  • Coordinate and manage the testing schedule, and resources to ensure timely and efficient testing activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of testing activities, ensuring that testing milestones are achieved, and risks are mitigated.
  • Oversee and manage the “testing resources”, including nonprofessional testers like developers when required for the sake of the project(s).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, development teams, and stakeholders, to align testing activities with project objectives and deliverables.
  • Communicate and report on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies and quality assurance processes

💼 Your profil

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in a Test Manager or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Relevant certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) are required ;
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Soft skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate people to achieve test purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders at various levels.
