📌 In few words

In the context of a strategic initiative, we are looking for an Access Management Technology Manager on behalf of one of our clients based in Geneva. This role is key in driving the Access Management roadmap and modernizing the identity landscape while ensuring cybersecurity and business enablement (especially for external partners such as customers, vendors, and internet-facing services).

As the Access Management Technology Manager, you will lead the evolution and governance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies. You will oversee both legacy systems (OpenAM, LDAP, MS Active Directory, etc.) and be responsible for driving the deployment and adoption of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) as the new strategic federated identity platform.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, cybersecurity teams, and workplace technology services to ensure a seamless and secure access experience across the organization.

🎯Activities

Strategy & IAM Design

• Define and advise on the Microsoft Entra ID (MS/AAD) roadmap (from E3 to E5)
• Design sustainable and secure access solutions aligned with corporate strategy
• Configure, document, test, and lead knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for the MS/AAD platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IAM solutions with organizational goals and cybersecurity standards

Implementation & Project Execution

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define and validate IAM requirements
• Lead the implementation and configuration of MS/AAD features
• Provide functional specifications, support user testing, and oversee cutover/go-live phases
• Ensure successful handover to operations and support teams (HOTO)
• Deliver Level 3 support during and after the rollout (including Hypercare periods)

Documentation & Support

• Maintain up-to-date documentation: technical architecture, user guides, and functional specs
• Assess and improve the existing IAM landscape
• Map IAM roles with business processes (RACI modeling)
• Contribute to training plans and change management activities

💼 Your profil

• Proven experience with IAM technologies: OpenAM, LDAP, MS Active Directory, PKIs, Anixis, SSO, MobilePass
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory (E3/E5 level)
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure access management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, functional, and security teams
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (French is a plus)
