📌 In a few words:

We are looking for an Operational Support & PMO to join our team and accompany our customers in Zürich.

🎯 Key responsibilities:

As an Operational Support & PMO in this staff position aims to advance internal Service Management Center (SMC) initiatives across Switzerland and support the development of the SMC organization. The role involves close collaboration with SMC management and coordination with various teams.

  • Coordinate national SMC skills assessment initiative.
  • Lead the “shift left” initiative within the SMC.
  • Review and revise job profiles and roles within the SMC supervisory unit.
  • Foster collaboration between SMC units in different regions.
  • Manage the SMC employee and customer satisfaction survey for 2025/2026.
  • Act as interface between the One SMC program and line management.
  • Support IT Service Management processes (e.g., WAC & Incident processes).
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the operational model (e.g., alert handling transformation).
  • Drive the SMC simulator project.

💼 Your profile:

10+ years of relevant professional experience.

Background in PMO or project management roles.

• Experience in staff or support functions.

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

• Skill in aligning interests and bridging cultural gaps.

• Leadership experience is a plus due to some responsibilities directly supporting the Head of SMC.

Other relevant skills/experience:

• Fluent written & spoken English and German are required. French is also an advantage.
