📌 In few words 

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our client’s Infrastructure department in the luxury industry. You will work on several projects including the resolution of issues related to the on/off-boarding of employees, in particular for the supply of IT equipment and digital access by implementing an application at a global level.

🎯Activities 

• Act as a liaison between technical stakeholders and project teams to design, and ensure optimal operational performance.
• Define and document customer business functions and processes, business needs and objectives.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications.
• Ensure the functional specifications are acknowledged and validated by the development teams.
• Define and document Business cases and User Acceptance Test scenario
• Participate in User Acceptance Test activities.
• Conduct change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes.
• Experienced (by preference with Proven track records)  in the following techniques : organizational analysis and modeling (RACI, governance model), functional decomposition, interface analysis,  process analysis and process modeling.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in english and french are required

💼 Your profil

• You have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role
• You have an engineering degree in IT or equivalent
• You have certification related to Business Analysis (CBAP, BPMN, IIBA, etc.)
• You have strong data modeling skills
• You have a strong culture around issues related to infrastructure, systems and networks
• You are familiar with the following tools: Draw.io (uml/bpm modeler), Jira, Microsoft office 365, Learning management system, SAPHR, Savyint, ServiceNow, Microsoft AD
