📌 In few words

We’re looking for our next Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Lausanne.

🎯Activities

• Partner with hiring managers in a consultative manner and guidance to support their recruitment needs
• Support in the promotion of the organisations brand, particularly using social media to create a presence
• Ensuring the publication of job advertisements on relevant job boards, reviewing and selecting applications according to the job requirement
• Sourcing and selection of CVs using Linkedin Recruiter, Google, job boards and your network to identify talent
• Schedule candidate interviews, coordinate and orchestrate interview days
• Provide application management assistance including processing candidate applications, communicating statuses, and corresponding with candidates
• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates throughout the whole interview cycle

💼 Your profil

• You have a University degree in HR, Management, Business Administration or related field
• You are curious, dynamic and willing!
• You have a good sense of contact
• You have a taste for IT and for you sourcing is a game
• You have a first experience in sourcing and IT recruitment

💥Your recruitment

· Your first interview with one of our recruiters will be over the phone. The recruiter’s role is to understand your path and listen to your personal and professional aspirations.

· Once you have been in contact with our teams, we will organise a technical evaluation of your expertise with one of our staff members.

· An in-person interview with a Business Manager will then be organised to introduce you to the assignment or project we think would suit you best.

· Finally, after any doubts are cleared up during the previous steps, the recruitment process ends with a hiring proposal.
