Career’s path at Qim info : Pascale retrospective.

Tell us about your start at Qim info!

I was recruited by Qim info in 2016 for a mission as Hub Realization Manager in a large private bank in Geneva.

On my first days on the job, I met Qim’s employees and managers during regular events organized within the company (Qim info weekends, bi-annual parties, aperitifs, children’s Christmas, …).

The proximity, simplicity, accessibility of the management, the dynamism and the attention deployed so that the employees on mission feel good in the company seduce me immediately.

From project management to Agility….

Two years ago, I was approached by the Agilist teams of this same private bank and joined the Lean & Agile Center team where I worked as a Scrum Master of several teams with different Agility maturities and where I accompanied the company’s Agile transformation with other coaches. An extremely rich experience for me.

It was at this point that my career took an essential turn.

Throughout this reconversion, Qim trusts me and allows me to attend Agile conferences in which I can learn more and meet a network of Agilists, until the day when it was me who animates a conference 🙂

On this occasion, I have the opportunity to discuss with Vincent (general manager) and Celine (recruitment manager) to whom I propose a two-day training/workshop on Agility and Management 3.0 to Qim’s managers, sales people and internal admins. The objective was clear:

  • What is Agility, to whom and what does it answer and what could it bring to us?
  • In a company where our employees are at the heart of our service offer, how to keep them fulfilled, motivated and always better?

Vincent and Céline also asked me to join the Management Committee because of my ideas about employees and their intrinsic motivations. I now represent the consultants on the CODIR.

What’s new for you ?

Since this workshop, due to the health crisis, my mission has stopped and I continue the Agile coaching within Qim info.

My ideas are always welcome and I am given the opportunity to try “experiences” with and for my colleagues on assignment. For example, to strengthen the feeling of belonging to the company. I accompany some internal teams in their continuous improvement or in the implementation of certain agile practices; I organize workshops requiring the use of collective intelligence, etc…

I have also been positioned in a Change Manager/Scrum Master mission for 6 months during which I was able to develop my skills in terms of change management.

I will soon start a professional coach training that will allow me to deepen and validate my skills in terms of coaching.
