CEXP objectives

Objectives expressed, prioritized and set!

Last year we organized the Center of Expertise into 4 distinct departments in order to distribute the management over several managers.

At the beginning of 2021, the Center of Expertise and the Executive Committee met to exchange ideas and priorities.

Following this reflection, we have identified 4 objectives for the CEXP that we intend to achieve before the end of the year:

  1. To perpetuate the Center of Expertise by converting our customers’s requests into projects in order to realize at least 50% of our activity on these subjects.
  2. Promote the visibility of Qim info through the publication of articles, the animation of QimTalks and the holding of conferences or Webminars.
  3. Improve the perceived quality of our services by improving the quality of our own Information System and by speaking the language of our clients (English or German).
  4. To place the consultants in intercontract on training activities, internal developments or even customer-oriented missions.

We would like that beyond the Center of Expertise, we also become a Center of Experiences and that each consultant of passage can not only bring his own know-how but also acquire new ones which will come to enrich his capacity to fill new missions.

These objectives have now been set, and for each one we have identified several key results that allow us to follow our progress and verify that we are going in the right direction.
