Our approach is both analytical and creative, and is divided into several stages.
We carry out a UX project in 4 phases: Assessment, Modeling, Ideation, Validation.
During these stages, we interact with users (via interviews, field observation, focus groups), describe target audiences and their behavior, model and prototype, and finally test and validate for optimal UX.
